Review and Sign | Page UI is not as per actual requirement

Pre-requisites :
1. Pre-requisites :
1. Document template should be created
2. Send Forms > Select the template and send the document to candidate

Steps :
1. Candidate will receive an email to review and complete
2. Review and Complete > review and Signin
3. Observe that UI is not as per mockup mentioned in DMS-29.

Expected result : Page UI and All buttons position should be as per requirement
