Hi Jayshree Nagpure,
As per to the latest discussion with Samir and Aruna Raheja I am adding Submit button in the header part along with the rest of the CTA's which is moved at top.

Hi Mohd Belal,
We have verified this on preproduction.
Now UI looking correct as per mockup.
Aruna Raheja : Can you please confirm regarding Submit button, as per mock up there should be "Finish and submit electronically". but currently we have added only "Submit" button.
