Document Storage Length

Overview:
As a DMS user, I want the ability to determine how long a document should be stored within the DMS system.

Entry:
1. User determines how long candidate documents should be stored before deletion.
2. User let's project manager know duration during implementation.

Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I am a user of the DMS with settings access, I can indicate how long a candidate document can be stored (ex. 1 year, 2 years, etc.)

Exit:
*Documents are deleted after time frame determined by client.

*Backend setting that must be updated by CareerBuilder employee.
