      Description

      Overview:
As an admin in CBAT, I can determine who is able to create, edit, and archive offer letter templates from an access level so that only the desired users can do these actions.

      Entry:
      1. The user is logged into CB Applicant Tracking.
      2. The user navigates to user profile.
      3. The user updates user or group access level.

      Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I am an admin of CB Applicant Tracking, I am able to see an area for offer letter templates in the access level.
*IF I am an admin of CB Applicant Tracking, I am able to select view, edit, delete for a specific access level group or user within CBAT.
*IF I am an admin of CBAT, and I have given a user or access level group the ability to view offer letter templates, those users will be able to only view offer letter templates (no ability to modify or create).
*IF I am an admin of CBAT, and I have given a user or access level group the ability to edit offer letter templates, those users will be able to create or edit exiting offer letter templates.
*IF I am an admin of CB Applicant Tracking and I have selected the ability for a user or access level group to 'delete', this will archive a template. )Within the archive library there will be ability to permanently delete template.)

      Exit:
      *The user clicks save.
*The user exits / navigates to other areas of CB Applicant Tracking.

      Prerequisites:

      • User is a current admin of CBAT.
