Overview:
Allow users to send a form(s) from the DMS to an end user so that the end user can fill out the information and send back.

User Stories
1. As a DMS user, I want the ability to go to a designated area in the DMS to send a form.
2. As a DMS user, I want to be able to choose which form(s) to send from my library of forms OR upload a new form.
3. As a DMS that has uploaded a new form when sending, I want to be able to save the new form to the library.

4. As a DMS user that has selected form(s) to send to end user, I want to be able to fill in the following fields of information so that the form sends the way I want it to: email address of end user, additional signers option (if applicable), email addresses that should be CC’ed on the send, Expiration Date of form (if applicable), and Message to end user.
5. As a DMS user, I to be able to preview what the form will look like before sending it to the end user.
6. As a DMS user, I want to be able to press a button for ‘Finish & Send’ to trigger the start of the forms process.

Entry Criteria:
1. The user navigates to DMS via login or through integrated app (ATS/CBES/WT).
2. The user clicks on area for Send Forms.

Exit Criteria:
*The user clicks ‘Finish & Send’.
*The user exits out of portal if logged in, or navigates to another page if within integrated app.

Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I am in the DMS, I can easily click on send forms.
*IF I am a user on the send forms page, I am able to choose my form(s) or upload a new form.
*IF I am in the DMS and sending form(s), I can enter in additional information for sending.
*IF I am sending a form, I can preview the form before it is sent to the end user.

Prerequisites:

• User is a current user of CBAT, CBES, or WT.
• User knows how to access portal either by link or within CB application.
