      Description

      To verify the identity of the user who is signing the form:

      Below parameters will be captured by DMS:

      • Login credentials : Username and Password
      • Host IP: IP address
      • Browser details

      Consent disclosure message will be displayed and user checks it. Details covered in DMS-744
