Please find the attached screen-capture for the characters which should not be allowed in "Template version" and "Name" field.
For description field We do not have to make any changes.

As per the details provided i have added the validation on Template Version and Name fields based on following criteria:

Special Characters not allowed:  {}@\/:?"|%^&[]<>!~*
