System accepting "Valid form" date greater as compared to "Valid to" date

1) Open url
2) Fill all required details
3) Click on checkbox "Does this form required an expiration date?"
4) Select "Valid From " date greater and "Valid to" date less
5) System is accepting this date

Expected - system should show validation
