            Hi All,

As per Molly's comment.  Will pick this after getting requirement clear on this.

            • Update on the CC email vs. the one in the standard email templates – which one takes prioritiy

[Samir]: Please find attached the document with detail scenario and explanation  We need to discuss this tomorrow, as the logic does not make sense.  From the document it implies that the CC email address from the email template should be carried over onto the send page, but it does not.  Then, if you input a different email address on the send page, it does not send to that person, but rather the person in the email template.  Therefore, it is very confusing.  We should probably either remove on the send page or figure out a different solution.  As well the CC in the account page should  be associated with completed forms not delinquent?  So we need to discuss.

            Thanks,
            Ganesh
