      Description

      Environment: PreProd
      Steps:
      1. Create Email template
      2. Add New Template
      3. Add most of the components in email (Refer Screen capture)
      4. Category: Custom
      5. Save
      6. Error displayed
      7. Changed Category from Custom to System

      Message displayed, Email template already available. Ideally the template was not created after Step 5 .

            The issue of template not creating with all components is verified on PreProduction. Screen capture attached for reference.
            So, marking jira Done.
