1)Login with Partner credentials
2)Search and select company
3)go to import/Export
4)Create emergency contact template.
5)Import file of emergency contact
6)File went to bad with validation message " Invalid state" for both primary state and secondary state.
Tested for United Kingdom with state:Angus,Berkshire
Actual Result:Mapped state file goes to bad with validation message "Invalid state".
When state is unmapped import is done successfully.
Expected result: file should be imported successfully with state

Tested this issue on caiso on LB.
while encountered we have encountered an issue "Import fail" for emergency contact.
Please refer Attached Screen shot:

ErrorMessage: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
