4)Create emergency contact template.
5)Import file of emergency contact
6)File went to bad with validation message " Invalid state" for both primary state and secondary state.
Tested for United Kingdom with state:Angus,Berkshire
Actual Result:Mapped state file goes to bad with validation message "Invalid state".
When state is unmapped import is done successfully.
Expected result: file should be imported successfully with state
