Steps:
1] Login as a Company Admin.
2] Navigate to Company Information>System Settings.
3] Locate "Require Unique Email Address" field.
4] Change the flag from 'No' to 'Yes' or 'Yes' to 'No'
5] Observe the "View History" section.
Actual Result:
Changes are not getting tracked.
Expected Result:
Changes should be get tracked.
