Problem Statement:
For employees getting added from API calls we are enforcing unique email address for employees at company level. However, later in system we allow employee / admin to modify their email address on demographics page without check for unique email address. For this we are suggesting to add a validation check on demographic update which will ensure that system does not allow duplicate email address for an employee within same company.
