Aurico Integration - Allow background check feature to switch ON and OFF from customization

      Description

      Drive menu navigation for “Employee Background Check” according to criteria of module selection. Currently this is driven only from Menu Action Enable / Disable- we should make this as a feature that can be switched ON / OFF by admin / partner.

            Implementation:
            Added a new value named "Employee Background Check" under "Additional Company Modules" in System Settings tab of Company Information.
            On Check of "Employee Background Check" under modules, menu of Employee Background Check will be displayed to Partner and CA.
            On Uncheck,menu of Employee Background Check will not be visible to Partner and CA.

            I had verified this implementation on LB and Azure. It is ready for Stage deployment.

            Testing for this enhancement is completed on Production. Verified on "JE Dunn for HSPL" company for Admin and Partner users.
