Steps to repro:
1.Login to workterra
2.Select company
3.Click on Company information
4.Select Fiscal year start month - Feb
8.Select day of month - 30 or 31
Actual results:-Validation is not provided , Feb month accepts 30 or 31 dates
Expected Result:-Validation should be provided ,Feb month should not accept 30 or 31
