Replication steps:
1)Login with Partner
2)Select Xpress_103 company
3)Select Rate plan design mapping->Select company rates
4)Drag rate and drop to benefit Plan
5)Number of Rate mapped is not getting updated in benefit plan

We consider only those rates which are active as of today and counter shows only those rates. I have updated rate's end dates. Now you can see count properly.

Verified for Company rates: Rates are mapping to plan and counts are updating in benefits plans
Also verified for Global Rates: While mapping we have encountered "Server Error " issue and rates are not mapping to plan and counts are not updating
