Replication steps:
1)Login with Partner
2)Select Xpress_103 company
3)Select Rate plan design mapping->Global Rates
4)Check for "server error" and Rates not mapping to benefit plans of Global rates.

Actual Result: Server error while mapping global rates and rates are not mapping to benefit plans
