Hi Amruta Lohiya,

As per implementation, when we uncheck "add form in menu" option, menu entries gets deleted from MenuActions table but on Azure menus are not getting deleted.

Last changes in SP and Business logic were done by Ateeque, so as discussed with Vijayendra, assigning this JIRA to you.

We have verified the reported issue on AZURE environment, However this issue is not reproducible at our end.

Hi Sheetal Bodhale.

I have verified this issue on Azure and Stage

When we unchecked 'Add Form in Menu' check box from Additional Form customization , it still appears under Menu for Employee Dashbaord

Can you please check this issue

I have verified this issue-

Environment:- Azure & Stage
Companies:- City of denton for hspl & El Dorado For HSPL
Login:- Employee, Partner & Company Admin
Scenario:- Check & Uncheck "Add form In Menu" for existing additional form & new additional form.

In above all scenarios, While check "Add form In Menu" is checked form is visible in Menu & if un-checked, it's not visible in Menu. Please refer attached screen-shots.
