      Description

      1] Add employee through API.
      2] Suppose tour T1 is assigned to employee while adding.
      3] Now assign classes to employee.
      4] Assign tour T2 to employee from Manage OnBoard Status page.
      5] Email about tour assignment is received by employee.
      6] Now run the "TourAssignmentNotificationsEmail" Service .

      Actual Result:
      >Again email is received about assignment of tour which is assigned from manage onboard
      >If 'TourAssignmentNotificationsEmail' service not runs before tour assignment from manage onboard page then only tour assignment email goes to employee and not Login credentials email.

      >Tour assignment email should be received only once.
      >Trigger login credentials email before tour assignment email.

      Hi Seema Gaikwad,

      Please note we need to handle "Cancel" and "Reminder" scenarios from Manage Onboard status page as well.
      Cancel Tour -
      If employee added through API, classes are assigned to employee and admin cancelled the assigned tour from Manage Onboard page.
      Email is trigger to employee about cancellation of tour. Later when we run the "TourAssignmentNotificationsEmail" Service, email is triggered to employee about assignment of tour. Ideally if this tour has been cancelled then again assignment email should not be sent to employee.

      Tour Reminder -
      If employee added through API, classes are assigned to employee and admin send reminder ro employee from Manage Onboard page.
      A reminder email is trigger to employee. Later when we run the "TourAssignmentNotificationsEmail" Service, email is triggered to employee about assignment of tour. Ideally if reminder email has been triggered then again assignment email should not be sent to employee.
