      Description

      Though all 'bot' questions are answered correctly by employee, after answering secret questions, bot replies 'Sorry, I could not validate your account. Please contact HR Administrator to recover your password. Thank You !!'
      Here, it is expected that, Forgot Password Verification mail should be sent and same is communicated by chatbot. PFA screen shots
