      Description

      OE start Date on OE dashbaord turned into text box filed in case if its blank .

            Please find 3'C below,

            Concern:OE Dashbaord > OE Start Date field accepts characters instead of showing datepicker

            Cause: Readonly property not get applying for datepicker textbox.

            Correction:Added the property to restrict text in datepicker textbox.

            Please verify at your end.

            Verified this fix on AZURE on OE Dashboard pages and confirmed that user can not enter anything in the OE start Date and OE End Date field rather than selecting datepicker.

            Working as expected .
