      Description

      Browser Name: Chrome, IE.11
      Test Environment Name: AZURE
      User details : Verified with qaexport (Partner) and SA login
      Steps to repro:-
      1.Click on Global settings.
      2.Select OE dashboard.
      3.Mouse hover on column names

      Actual results:- Tooltip is not provided to all COLUMN names.

            Please find 3'C as below,

            Concern: Tooltip is not provided to all COLUMN names.

            Cause: Title property missing for elements.

            Correction:Property added to all dashboard column.

            Please verify at your end once AZURE build complete.
