Currently we have a "notes" section for templates which can be used to store information like carrier contacts. However, it is not sufficient. Following is the requirement to store key information with the template.
- Carrier contact (name and contact details - text area)
- File upload, with category (text area) - These will be the structure specifications as well as discrepancies. Currently these are stored somewhere else, which is not convenient. It is important to couple it tightly with the template.
- JIRA ID for discrepancy (text area) - A company+ carrier combination's discrepancies are handled under one JIRA ticket. It will be good to store that ID at template level (if applicable).
Scheduler Stop Date (Template Delivery/ Expoer Scheduler/ Stop Date). We need this as there is no way one can program the scheduler stop exporting the file. Currently we have to manually change the frequency to calendar date or one time.Instead a flag blackout=y/n is suggested.- *
EDI Analyst* (Working on that template) Should be a drop down of all users? << Keep on hold as this is too dynamic. During OE this changes a lot.
