Below issues observed in Section 1 and Section 2 :
1. In List A and Additional List A documents, for field 'Issuing Authority', instruction 'Please enter valid Zip Code' is displayed. Please provide valid error message.
2. In date field, if date bigger than todays date and previous year selected, the date is accepted as expiration date. This issue is with other date fields such as affidavit too. Please provide validation on selection of date.
3. Form can be saved with previous dates entered in expiration dates and other date fields. Display error message on save.
4. In List C, field 'Issuing Authority' is blank field. Were as, In list B, it is dropdown with state values.
---- Niteen : Issuing authority is different for different docs. so, it is not required to change textbox
5. Employee Info from Section 1 fields such as "Last Name, First Name, M.I. and Citizenship/Immigration Status should be displayed in Section 2, at-least on I-9 Approval screen while reviewing initial submission. Here, Citizenship/Immigration Status is number based on selection in section 1.

6. In List A, B and C, 'Document Title' dropdown values, should be as per PDF
Suggestions:
1. In Section1, on selection of 'A lawful permanent resident' or 'An alien authorized to work' option, Provide drop down with values 'Alien Number' and 'USCIS Number'
2. In Section 2, as per selection of options in Section A, Document title combo in list A, B and C should populate.
