actual result - on 1st time load of enroll now not showing provider images
expected result - it should show provider images all the times
NOTE - Same issue on confirmation statement
This issues occurs when it takes time to load benefit plans and in this condition it does not load logo for any of the benefit plans.
Hello Jayshree Nagpure,
When any company moves to Pre-Prod ,we need to resize provider logos for that company. Also new resized logos are with ".png" extension and old images are ".jgp" extension.
Image extensions are update to ".png" by using script but we are not uploaded new re-sized images. Due to that you will not see any provider logos for above mentioned companies.
We have already send those logo to Rakesh Shinde for re-sizing. When we receive logos from him we will upload them and assign JIRA back to you.
So this is process we follow when any company moves to Pre-prod.

Same issue exists for Demo Company_Jennifer and El Camino Hospital company on Preprod.
