Background: BCC has an incorrect update rule at the rate level that was causing the new elections to get a rate/age band as of January 1st. I had BCC correct the rule and manually go in an correct the impacted employees. That fixed the invoice amounts but there are some strange adjustments coming out on the August bill. My guess is after researching that some bad date/costs are in the billing table due to all the changes. This impacts two employees
Tim Ramsaur’s billing - he experienced a birthday in June and is being billed for entire month of June. His date of birth was June 25th? He should not be billed the increase rate until July's bill?

Please note: Gus also had a volume change as the group first told us he should have 150k, then the group advised 100K, and finally it was decided that 150K was approved by Sun Life after all.
Invoice costs/adjustments before rate was corrected
April- $17.10 (age 44), volume 150K
May- we billed 11.40, volume 100K
June – we billed 25.65, volume 150K( adjustment for May, credit 11.40 and re-bill for 25.65)
July- we billed 25.65, volume 150K
After rate correction below are the adjustments on the current August invoice.
August – is billing correctly
July adj is a wash. – this is fine.
June is billing 42.75 and crediting 25.65?
May is billing 42.75 and crediting 25.65?
April is billing 5.13 and crediting 7.70? – Not sure why this adjustment is appearing for Garcia?
