      Description

      Eligibility Check Routine is failed refer below error log:
      ErrorID : 0
      ErrorSource : ControllerAppTier.Save->WORKTERRAControllerAppTier.Save->ExecuteImportDTS.GetImportExportTemplateInformationBackEndRoutine
      ErrorMessage: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

      This issues is opened to sync code with UI refresh branch. Old UI JIRA is WT-7495
