steps:
1.Login as Employee
2.Traverse employee workflow
3.Go to child page
4.Enter all mandatory fields.
5.Click on save multiple time.
Actual result: After saving child information, Popup not occur and able to save children with same child information(SSN)
Expected result: Child with same SSN should not be added.

In our system there is a customization
Company Information >> System Settings >> Allow Children with existing SSN flag (Check first Screen-shot).
If above flag is Yes, then employee is allowed to add children with same SSN.
If above flag is No, then children with same SSN not allowed in our system.

After adding child information, I have clicked multiple times on save button. After clicking on save button, confirmation popup (i.e.Child added successfully) not occur. After refreshing page, we observed that same child information saved multiple time.
