      Login with Partner-

      1. Add/Change plan design-> Eligibility tab- Edit rule-> Observe save and cancel button is missing.
      Expected:- Save and Cancel button should be present

      2. Through employee login-
      thspl9999/Password@1/Berryessa Union School District
      SSN-999999999
      1. Forms are not configured.
      Expected:- If forms link is give forms should be present

            1. Save and cancel button are there, you need to change eligibility rule for it. Save and cancel buttons are not there for "All Status Rule" and "Inactive Status Rule"

            2. As data is not present at Forms Library page so it it showing blank in drop down
