1. On enroll now page getting Zero cost for all plans due rates are not mapped.
2. On confirmation page-
a. Dependent Information- Child name is displaying upper side and Tile at lower side but about other information Titles are upper side and information re lower side.

Please verify following points :
1) Dynamic reports-> Report Branding Setting-> Text and drop down missing-
This is not an issue.
Please verify this issue on Production environment.
2) Reports-> Dynamc reports-> getting execution failed
In dynamic report while doing customization it is compulsory to select Employee field as all reports are related to employee.
3) Mail merge report alignment issue. -
We are giving fix for this issue.
4) Rate report Ui distorted.-
This is according to implementation.

Concern: Pre Production-BBNC company (Mail merge report alignment issue.)
Cause: Right border Css for Textbox was missing.
Correction: Added Css for Textbox.
Files affected: StaticReports.cshml

The server error on dynamic reports is because of NF-5395 issue.
Kindly verify it once NF-5395 gets deployed on codemap.
