US Shale -> All Login -> theme not applied properly

      Environment - Pre-prod
      Browser - All
      Login - Employee, Admin, Partner

      1)Login with employee
      2)Observe that Continue button on Landing page is not as per theme
      3)Also observe that Demographics page save, reset back button color are not as per theme setting
      4)Even tried in hspl company after saving theme, but not applied.
      5)Also, import/export template "Back" button is not in grey

      Expected : Color of buttons should be as per theme

            company - usshale

            Theme issue is not fixed.
