            Hi Amita Sangani

            For confirmation statement page if "Address" is blank at that time we are now hiding label "Address". Also if address is not configured for demographics that time also we are hiding Address label. For other two screenshot as we discussed it is configuration change.
            Please verify changes after next build.

            Verified on codemap.
            Address is blank. as per above comment if address is blank then "Address" label should be hide.

            For confirmation statement page we are now hiding the "Address" label even if the City, State, Country, Postal Code having value "--". And if all the fields having "--" value then we are hiding whole address portion. Please verify after next build.
