      Checked on Browser - Google Chrome

      1] Login to the application as a employee.
      2] On the Dashboard click on the below links under "Quick Links" section:
      "Learn about your Benefits"
      "Tools and Calculators"

      Actual Result:
      Page gets refreshed, but nothing happens after that.
      Expected Result:
      Respective links should be get open.
      Refer attached screenshot for more details.

            This issue is duplicate of NF-5244 and already fixed . It is deployed on CodeMap , so I am rejecting this jira.
