SDRMA>Search and Delete icons are overlapping on Organization Chart page

Checked on Browser - IE 11
1] Login to the application as a employee.
2] Navigate to Organization Chart page.
3] Search any employee name from Search box.
4] Observe the Search and Delete icons.

Actual Result:
Both icons are overlapped.
Expected Result:
Icons should not be overlapped.
