      1] Login to the application as a employee.
      2] Traverse the OE Workflow.
      3] Navigate to Enroll Now page.
      4] Observe the provider logo for Medical Plan (BS-Access HMO-20 Active)

      Actual Result:
      Close icon is displaying instead of logo.
      Expected Result:
      Provider logo should be display.
