            This issue is occurred due to NF-1217 changes. Please revert the changes only from EmployeeProfile.cshtml and make changes for IE 8/9/10 in AssignEffectiveDate function in EmployeeProfile.js file.

            Verified on a pre-prod ACT for a hspl company consider below scenarios:

            1]Add new employee and cross-check additional field value
            2]Change demographic page additional filed value and saved data.
            3]Update Salary and again cross-check on the demographic page.

            working as per expected.
