Pre production - city of west covina -EE workflow -Child page -Save and continue button not working

Steps:
1.Login as employee
2.Traverse employee workflow
3.Go to child page.Enter all mandatory fields and click on save and continue.

Actual result: After clicking on save and continue button, Button get disable.
Expected result: After clicking on save and continue button, Child information should be save successfully and employee workflow should be continue.
