Text adding field should get populate when user clicks on Add button.

      Description

      1.Login to Pre-pod with employee on City of Highland Park.
      2.Navigate to Employee Home.
      3.Click on Medicare or Medicaid pages.
      4.Add first Medicare.
      5.Click on SAVE.
      6.Wait for Confirmation message.
      7.Click on OK.

      Actual:Data adding input field got populated without clicking on Add.
      Expected:Data adding input field should get populate after clicked on Add button.

      Note: We need to fix issue on both pages Medicare and Medicaid.

            Hi Smita Pawar

            For all workflow pages there is same functionality, we shows that portion on save as well. We can not hide that portion it is system behavior. Hence rejecting the JIRA ticket.
