      Replication Steps :
      1) Employee Login
      2) Navigate up to Enroll Now Page
      3) Click on Additional Tools - > Learn about Income Protection Benefit For Supp Life
      4) Click on MetLife Life AD&D Certificate link

      Throws File Not Error.
