Newly added employee classes : Class 1 - Centinela Hospital Medical Center , Class 2 : Csuite
Eligible benefits for employee : Medical , Plan : Waive Medical Opt Out

Replication Steps :
1) Employee Login
2) Navigate up to Enroll Now Page

ISSUE : Continue button is displayed on Enroll Now Page Load and employee is able to navigate to next page
without enrolling in plan.
