For Add Spouse page - HEALTH DETAILS - date display
1.This date appears on screen if the employee is getting any mode.
2.This date is blank if employee is not getting any mode

New Hire employee getting New Hire mode so application display date for HEALTH DETAILS it's system behavior and correct.

The date belongs to the entire page. The issue I logged is that the words "HEALTH DETAILS" appear despite having no health details to display.

Can you please check this issue from Pre-Prod, refer image

Deborah Mascot - We have verified for Spouse page now its not showing the section header if does not have any controls, refer images

But we found this issue for demographics, hence assigning this to Dev Team.

Concern : FAZOLIS- UAT- Spouse Page

Cause : Condition handled for Section Header (NF-4401) was missing from code file due to SVN versioning issue

Correction : Handled condition for Section Header, if there is no control under it, than don't show section header

Tested on Codemap and confirmed that this issue has been fixed on Demographics, Spouse and Child page.
