Hello Deborah Mascot,

We checked this issue, this is problem with fields width customization. Text for field is so long but on customization width is set to Medium.

We change fields width to Full on HSPL copy.

After that fields text is showing properly.

Note : All changes are done on HSPL copy , if you are fine with UI then please let us know so we can make same changes on main company.
