Plan comparison tool is working fine.We observed that there is no comparison customization exist for both plans.

We did customization on HSPL copy and we are able to see comparison between plans

Can you please do customization

Navigation --> BenAdmin >> Plan Comparison Builder >> Select Benefit Type >> Dental >> Select Plan and click on Submit

Select Criteria - Eg - DEDUCTIBLE Per Person

Enter Comparison Amount, Show to Employee Yes and click on Save

It starts showing the difference in Comparison tool to the employee.

The comparison is done on the current UI in Prod and Stage. Will this need to be re-customized in the new UI for all companies that use it?

If comparison is setup in old UI on production and stage and these companies are moved to pre-prod after doing these changes then no need to do this setup on pre-prod.

We have verified on FAZOLIS FOR HSPL (latest copy of FAZOLIS) on production, plan comparison tool is not setup, refer image

This is related to customization and same as production. Hence rejecting it as system behaviour.

Confirmed that this is correct.
