      Description

      Credentials Used:
      Account: Fazolis
      User ID: New Test
      Password: New!Pass@2

      Issue:
      When Waiving a plan, parenthesis appear but they are empty. If you go back to the plan and re-waive it, the plan name appears.

      How it should work:
      Plan name should always appear.

            EE Name- New Hire
            User ID : nhire0722/Test_123456

            Step-
            1.Login with EE credentials
            2.Navigate to Enroll Now
            3.Waive - Health Savings Account
            4.It open Change approval popup

            Actual - It did not display Plan Name in bracket

            Expected - It should display Plan Name in popup
