I have checked this issue by Employee login and Partner login.
I am not able to reproduce on my machine.
Can you please specify number of steps you have performed for this?
If possible please generate same scenario and let us know.

Thi issue is not reproducible all time. But it will come more than 2 or 3 times in Employee workflow. I have provided error log and screenshots.
