When looking at the Add Employee form; I go to the Design Layout Format tab and I only see 4 fields. 1 is a UDF that I added. Where are the other fields? We will need to see the other fields in case we need to relocate the fields with regards to placement. Please advise when this is fixed.

HI- When checking NF-5530, and other forms in the form builder, I see this is a concern across all standard WORKTERRA forms in the form builder. Emergency Contact, Child, Spouse, Demographic, etc. I wanted to update this ticket to inform you all on new findings today to state that this concern is on all forms. Thank you!

Niteen Surwase has done with changes on Friday.
As discussed with Niteen, I have done unit testing for Form builder on JE Dunn IMP on Pre-Production.
Please verify it at your side.

We have verified this and now its working fine on "Je Dunn IMP" company from pre-prod.
