      Description

      Credentials Used:
      Account: Softchoice (Newbie Test)
      User ID: nete03041978
      Password: Password@1

      Issue:
      There are no coverage amounts available in the drop-down within the Voluntary Employee Life and Voluntary Spouse Life enroll now pages. Only $0 is available. Test employee salary is $90,000. Please see screenshot attached.

      How it should work:
      Coverage amounts should be populated within drop-down.

            Hi Christina Karnes,

            This is not an issue.

            Coverage amounts is not populating within drop-down as employee Does not have Benefit Salary.

            Consider Benefit Salary set to YES on Voluntary Employee Life and Voluntary Spouse Life plans. This setting considers employee Benefit salary not Gross salary.
            Employee Newbie Test does not have Benefit salary due to this coverage are not showing.

            Please set Benefit Salary on Employee's Payroll to get coverage in drop down.

            I was able to get the coverage amounts to show in the drop down after adding in the benefit salary. This issue can be closed.
