Issue: Cannot get past step 2 because ee needs to change email address, but doing so does not allow employee to proceed.
How it should work: Employee should be able to proceed once requested change is made.

We are not able to reproduce this issue for Demographics in self serve mode for employee mentioned in this JIRA.
