Issue:
I logged in as a Partner and access CHMC account. I clicked on IRS Report, added a new report and opted for 1095-B report. It is taking a long time but the issue is that in the interim there is a popup for the status but it is only showing a blank box. Only when one status is done and moving to next status, it flashes the listing and status momentarily (unable to capture screenshot for that)
Side note: I have been waiting for long but report is still not generated but without the steps, I cannot tell if it is stuck on one status or still running.
How it should work:
All the statuses should be shown so user know the page is still running.

It is not a flashing error.It is intended. Since 1095B/C are long running report,processing status is shown on the popup.Every 5 seconds,the popup data is refreshed to show the latest status of the report.
However, sometimes due to network slowness issue, popup data is refreshed after some interval.
